Welcome to the WorkLife Consulting website. Our site attempts to give an overview of how occupational psychology can help to facilitate a good working environment. This includes both the evaluation of current human resource practices, such as a performance management or appraisal system and as well as detailed advice on best practice, in other words consultancy that focuses on an organisation's most valuable asset - its employees. This site is aimed at occupational psychology researchers and students who share similar research interests, at occupational psychology and business consultants who are interested in a research based approach and at human resource practitioners who have an interest in psychological theory. At present our main research interests comprise the evaluation of Management Development, the study of the Work/Life balance and the promotion of a research based approach to consultancy.
